Free online course just started - Dyslexia and Foreign Language Teaching                                       Last year, DYSTEFL won the 2014 ELTon for excellence in course innovation. Sponsored by Cambridge English, these British Council awards are the only international awards that recognise and celebrate innovation in English language teaching (ELT). They reward educational resources that help English language learners and teachers to achieve their goals. The authors of DYSTEFL have now worked together with Lancaster University in order to offer a practical and thought-provoking MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) about the teaching and learning of languages for students with dyslexia. Carta a Paulo Freire, desde San Luis, Argentina:                                Querido amigo Paulo:  Soy una profesora de ingles que tuvo la extraordinaria oportunidad de estudiar y recibirse como tal “de grande”, a los 49 y casi 50 años.  Ello ocurrió en un país generoso como el nuestro, Argentina, donde  en general –y luego de diversas luchas históricas- se considera a la educación pública como una riqueza. La educación igualitaria y de calidad es inclusive obligatoria hasta terminar la escuela secundaria, y la educación universitaria y de nivel superior es, como dije antes, una oportunidad que en teoría todos tenemo...
